It’s already one week into January and we are all knees deep in our New Year resolutions to live healthier in 2013. If your anything like me, you plan well all day long, pack your meals, indulge in copious amounts of delicious vegetables, and then 8-o-clock rolls around and BAM! The cravings begin. Amma's Curries
I've always had a love for Indian Food, but found it was really heavy and made me feel uncomfortable.
