My Favorite Breaky- Vegan Buckwheat Pancakes

Prep: 2 min.  Cook time: 3-5min.  Serves: 1-2


1/4 cup buckwheat
1/4 cup GF Oats
1 1/2 tbsp Flax seeds
1 1/2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1/2 banana

Kid Approved Raw, Vegan Chocolate Pudding

2  bananas 

1  avocado (seeded)

1/4 cup raw cacao or 

1/4 cup agave nectar or brown rice syrup

1 tbsp coconut oil
