Shakti Health helps clients to build upon and improve their current fitness level, and is dedicated to promoting a balanced lifestyle in the fast paced world we live in.

As well, you will receive constant contact to help make adjustments, and encouragement and motivation to ensure that all your needs are being met. An extensive health history and diet/lifestyle/exercise questionnaire, as well as one-on-one contact via email will be used to determine an initial fitness plan.
