INGREDIENTS:


½ tsp. coconut oil

1/4 cup buckwheat

1/4 cup oats

1 1/2 tbsp. flax seeds

1 1/2 tbsp. hemp hearts

1/2 banana

Vegan, Buckwheat Pancakes

                               

Prep: 2 min Cook time: 3-5 Serves: 1-2

DIRECTIONS​: 

​

1) Place all ingredients into food processor or blender (I use my "Magic Bullet").

​

2) Blend until all ingredients are mixed and smooth.

​

3) Heat a pan to medium and coat with a teaspoon of coconut oil to prevent sticking.

​

4) Pour mixture into pan making circles approximately 3" diameter.

​

5) Cook until bubbles form on the top of pancake, flip over and heat until golden brown on both sides.

​

6) If desired, top with berries or whatever topping you like.

​
