Whole grain or gluten free bread sandwich with hormone/antibiotic free lunch meat, organic cheese slices, lettuce, Dijon mustard, and cucumber slices cut with a fun cookie cutter.

Apples sprinkles with lemon juice and cinnamon (fresh or dehydrated)
Thursday
“Peanut butter and jelly” sandwich (2 pieces of whole grain/GF bread, sliced strawberries (or pureed), and sunflower seed, pea, or non-GMO soy butter.
Baby carrots and cucumber slices with baba ganoush or hummus see recipe here
