INGREDIENTS:
 
1 Ezekiel or Borwn Rice Wrap (for GF)
2-3 tbsp. of sunflower seed, pea, or non GMO soy butter.
1 whole banana, peeled
 
*optional 1 Tbsp. freshly ground flax seed for added fiber and healthy omega 3's

"Peanut Butter" and Banana Roll Ups

Prep Time: 3 min    Cook Time: 0 min    Serves: 2

DIRECTIONS:
 
#1) Spread "nut" butter all over the wrap
 
#2) *Optional spinkle freshly ground flax over "nut" butter
 
#3) place peeled banana on one end of the wrap and role up.
 
#4) Cut into two 
 
#5) Pack this in your little ones lunch or use this as a great snack option for yourself!
