20 Minute at Home Circuit

Give your heart some love with this 20 minute circuit you can do at home. All you need is a mat, a resistance band, and a beating heart. Warning: Performing this circuit will result in: you getting sweaty, your cardiovascular health improving, and you feeling amazing! This is a beginner workout but still remember to speak with your Doctor or health care practitioner before starting any new fitness regime.

Try this circuit 2-3 days a week, leaving a day in between to rest and do another healthy activity. Do each exercise consecutively without rest. Once you have completed the entire circuit, rest for 30 seconds-1 minute and repeat 1-2 more times. 



The workout:



20 hip width squats â€‹

10 burpees​

12 backwards lunges/side​

1 minute mountain climbers​

10 pushups (on toes or knees)​

side plank with 15 pulses/side​

squat jump​

10 triceps dip off couch​

12 seated rows (with resistance band)

15 jumping jacks



Repeat 2-3 times
